Shige Kikuchi

Shige Kikuchi, General Manager of Taormina Sicilian Cuisine, trained at the Japan Hotel & Culinary School in Tokyo, Japan. Shige has worked in numerous restaurants in Tokyo, including Wolfgang Puck’s Spago and the new concept restaurant Mako. Shige was recuited by WDI International, Inc. in the Fall of 2007, to assist in the opening of Taormina, serving as the Assistant General Manager. After the successful opening of Taormina, Shige was promoted to General Manager in the Spring of 2008, where his standards for excellence and quality has helped him build a loyal client base and an outstanding reputation.
