Lee Root

Lee Root, Restaurant Manager of Taormina Sicilian Cuisine, has been with WDI International, Inc. for most of his career, where he worked through all front of the house positions and eventually was promoted  to management.  Lee left WDI International briefly and worked for Sam Choy's Breakfast Lunch and Crab as a Restaurant Manager.  He then decided to rejoin the WDI International family in the Fall of 2008, and has been with Taormina since.
